Designed to work with a Vollrath chafer or serving vessel, the Vollrath Mirage Induction Buffet Warmer is fantastic for buffets and catering events. The warmer keeps food at a hot temperature and allows you toconveniently store cords in the compartment underneath.

Use fewer cords by easily connecting 3 units with the included interconnect cords. The warmer includes several safety features to extend the product life and provides years of service: overheat protection, small article detection and empty pan auto-shutoff.

Has a low-profile and attractive design to fit in a variety of environments while the non-slip mat keeps the unit firmly in place. There are four power levels:low, medium, high and chafer preheat. The operator stays informed with the LED indicator lights on the control panel and glass.
