Vollrath’s 24″ Cayenne Gas Flat Top Griddle provides a cooking surface that offers even heat distribution. The manual control knobs are simple to use, will never break or crack and protects the interior gas valves. Each knob has a 12″ cooking zone.

The unit has 56,000 BTUs of heating power for impressive cooking performance while the back and sloped side prevents messes. Plus, the welded seams make cleaning simple. The heavy-duty legs are adjustable so the operator can set the height to their preference.

Includes propane conversion kit.
