This 30cm skillet, which has a 3.1l capacity, features an ergonomic handle with hanging hole, two pouring lips and is especially well-suited for frying, sauting, braising, searing, baking, grilling, and broiling.

Cast iron cookware should be washed by hand. A dishwasher will remove the seasoning and likely cause rust. Always use protective mitts to safely handle the cookware as it will become hot when cooking. You can use any type of kitchen utensils as this cookware does not have a non-stick coating.
