Each piece of Swanson pottery is handmade by Peter in Prussia Cove, Cornwall. The unique blue and white glaze, reminiscent of Cornish seas and skies, has been developed by Peter and makes use of local plants to give it distinctive and beautiful appearance.

Glazed and fired by hand, these stoneware pieces are highly durable, oven and dishwasher safe and won’t chip or mark in normal use (however, for these larger serving pieces, we’d recommend hand washing to avoid the risk of damage in the dishwasher). A Peter Swanson pottery piece will look as stunning after a generation of use as it does when it leaves Peter’s skilled hands.

The medium serving/oven dish is a beautiful and practical piece, ideal for gratins, deserts or other bakes but also great for presenting salads, fish or side dishes.

Measures 24cm diameter (28.5cm including handles) by 6cm high (9cm including handles).
