Create clean slices of bread with the Mercer Millenia 9″ Offset Bread Knife. It has a wavy edge to penetrate tough crust and protect the soft inside. It’s constructed of high-carbon Japanese steel that is stain-free, has rapid sharpening and has an easy-to-maintain razor-sharp edge.

Handle is made from a combination of Santoprene for comfort polypropylene. Plus, the handle is large for a comfortable grip. It has textured finger points to offer slip resistance, grip and safety. The protective finger guard for added safety.
