The MasterClass Professional Chefs Gas Blowtorch is great for both home chefs and for use in professional kitchens. Designed for safe and simple use, with a powerful flame it has a large refillable cylinder and flame lock switch, you can easily carry out precision work without having to hold the trigger down, or stopping to refill.

Perfect for caramelising creme brulees, as well as charring peppers and torching merengues, you can easily adjust the size and temperature of the flame to suit your needs with the adjustment knob. For your safety, when you release the trigger, the flame will go out instantly (as long as the flame lock is disengaged) and it features a handy safety lock and stand for when not in use. Takes butane gas, not included.
