The MasterClass Acero Chef’s Knife is an ideal multi-purpose knife curved in the centre to allow easy cutting by rocking on a chopping board. Manufactured from high quality stainless carbon steel with a mirror polished flared bolster for added safety and a satin finished ergonomically shaped handle to provide a comfortable grip.

Use on a plastic or wooden chopping boards to help keep the cutting edge sharp. Although these knives are dishwasher safe we recommended washed any item with a blade by hand. Wipe block clean as needed.
