The Le Creuset Black BBQ Square Grill – 26cm is part of the brands purpose-built Outdoor Collectioncrafted for high performance over open flames. Made from enamelled cast iron, this grill pan is designed to handle temperatures up to 450C and works equally well on barbecues, wood-fired ovens, pizza ovens, and domestic hobs.

Individually cast in sand moulds and hand finished at Le Creusets original French foundry, this piece is built to withstand the demands of outdoor cooking. The black enamel finish is specifically developed for durability, resisting staining and dulling, while remaining easy to clean. It also requires no seasoning, unlike traditional raw cast iron.

The 26cm grill features a divided cooking surface, allowing you to prepare different ingredients at the same time. Vertical ridges not only deliver classic grill marks but also help drain excess fat, making it well-suited to cooking meat, fish, or vegetables with less oil.

This skillet withstands temperatures up to 450C and is compatible with outdoor grills, pizza ovens, wood-fired ovens, domestic ovens, and gas hobs; however, it is not suitable for AGA cookers or induction hobs. When using on charcoal or wood-fired grills, place the skillet on a rack, maintaining at least a 5 cm gap from the embers, and ensure flames do not extend up the sidewalls. To prevent thermal shock, allow the skillet to cool gradually before cleaning. While the skillet is dishwasher-safe, hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve its finish.
