Individually cast in sand moulds and hand finished at Le Creusets original French foundry, the pan features a wide, flat cooking surface perfect for pizzas, flatbreads and more. The low sides allow for even crisping of the crust, while raised loop handles make it easy to manoeuvre, even with oven gloves.

This cookware can withstand temperatures up to 450C and is compatible with outdoor grills, pizza ovens, wood-fired ovens, domestic ovens, and gas hobs. However, it is not suitable for AGA cookers or induction hobs. When using on charcoal or wood-fired grills, always place the product on a rack, ensuring it does not come into direct contact with the embers, and maintain a minimum distance of 5 cm between the rack and the embers.. While the cookware is safe for use with metal utensils and is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve its finish.
