The TARE functionallows youtoreturn the display to zero, letting you weigh on top of existing ingredients or with a newbowl. The UNIT function allows you to move between the Wet and Dry weighing functions of the scale with ease, meaning you can move from weighing Milk to Flour and anything in between with the touch of a button.
