Roasting in a bag is a great way of sealing in wonderful flavours and moisture, allowing juices to remain and flavour / baste all of the contents. All you need is a suitable bag. This pack of five clear, heat resistant (to 200 C / 392 F) bags come complete with sealing ties to lock in the flavour and air during cooking. Use for roasting vegetables, chicken and fish and for infusing with a variety of herbs, spices and additional flavourings e.g. lemon.
