This motor is designed to work hard but if it needs a little help with tough ingredients then it will automatically adjust itself to deal with the task. The 4.8l stainless bowl can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour and 12 egg whites, but the whisk sits close to bottom of the bowl so will happily whisk up one egg white too! Plus the robust, full metal construction means it won’t wander across your work top when working hard.
