Made with a front-breathing air flow design and environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Hoshizaki 48″ Double Door Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table improves kitchen efficiency. Each cabinet and door is insulated with 2″ CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane while the innovative air distribution system distributes air evenly to maintain product temperature.

The commercial refrigerated sandwich prep station has an exclusive “stepped” door design that protects the door gasket while the magnetic gasket is removable for simple cleaning. It includes an extruded flush mount door handle for easy access and both doors are field reversible for versatility. Additionally, the doorshave a spring-assisted, self-closing design and include a stay-open feature.

The interior includes one epoxy-coated shelf per cabinet with anodized aluminum shelf supports that are adjustable by 1/2″ increments. It has an e-coated evaporator coil that fights against corrosion for improved longevity. Plus, the unit comes standard with a 48″ x 10″ x 1/2″ thick white polyethylene cutting board for an efficient prep station.
