This 11.5cm Utility knife, also known as the Petty, is a cross between a Chef’s knife and a paring knife. It’s an all-rounder when it comes to the knives at the Chef’s disposal in the kitchen. A useful tool for cutting jobs that a paring knife might be too big for or when dealing with cutting jobs that are too big for a chef’s knife.

Autility knife is used to carve meats and to style vegetables and fruits for presentation in dishes with garnishes. The serrated variant of the utility knife is useful for slicing bagel and buns, sandwich slicing, and carving.
