This Pizza Peel is designed specifically for use in the Dome Oven. It is made from lightweight aluminium with a hard anodised finish, it is designed just like commercial peels and as a result is professional grade.

It has a tapered end and non-stick coating to feed easily under your baked good or pans. It’s perforations let excess flour fall through and steam escape resulting in the perfect crisp pizza finish. The long handle will keep you out of the heat and allow for perfect placement in the oven.
