The Fat Daddio’s 10″ x 15″ x 2″ Sheet Cake Pan is ideal for cakes, brownies, blondies, pastries and bar-type cookies. Although, it can also be used to make casseroles, lasagnas, roasts and more for an all-purpose pan.

The seamless square corners and straight sides are durable and long-lasting. This pan is made of anodized aluminum which provides even heating, heats faster and cools quicker, and will never rust, peel or flake.

This commercial cake pan offers easy release and a quick clean-up. The durablematerial is temperature-rated up to550F and is safe for citrus-based foods and is freezer safe to make a variety of cake types. Hand wash recommended.
