Simply place your pasta sheet over the sturdy aluminium tray and gently impress into the dimples. Fill with your chosen flavours then place a second pasta sheet over the top. To expel unwanted air bubbles and seal each individual ravioli simply roll the solid beechwood mini rolling pin over the top. This will seal and cut each individual ravioli meaning you can just turn it over and tap out your perfectly portioned square pasta pockets!
