In this wonderful masterclass, twice Michelin Starred chef Atul Kochhar will introduce you to exotic flavours and ingredients from India. Atul will guide you though creating delicious recipes (from his cookbookSimple Indian)that are effortless to create yet impressive to serve, bound to ‘wow’ dinner guests while showcasing the rich and varied food heritage of India.

You’ll cook:

• Scallop Mappas
• Lamb Rump with Masala Mash and Garam Masala Jus
• Chickpea Textures, Camembert, Figs
• A delicious Indian Yoghurt dessert
