Easy Indian curry cooking class with Monisha Bharadwaj

You will learn to make delicious curries from all around India, creating a meal that is varied, healthy and super delicious. You will go away knowing how to create curry sauces from scratch and how to add twists to the recipes to create your own versions.

MONISHA BHARADWAJ

Monisha is well known for her personality and style in the kitchen. Her work involves teaching traditional, much loved Indian recipes as well as bespoke recipes for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free clients. Monishas expertise lies in creating recipes that are suited to western markets while still keeping true to authenticity in terms of taste, ingredient profile, cultural and social history.

Her classes are fun, relaxed and interactive while being informative and practical.
