This Wok Ring will sit comfortably on most hobs and is essential when cooking with a round bottom wok. You can also use it to make a steamer: put it inside your wok, with a plate of food on it and cover the wok with a wok lid.

Dexam has teamed up with the charismatic Jeremy Pang from Covent Garden’s School of Wok to create a wonderful collection of woks, accessories and kitchen textiles to enable enthusiasts to practise the art of Chinese cooking with excellence from the very start.
