About Delivita: Founded in 2016 by uncle and niece team duo, Joe Formisano and Olivia Robinson, Delvita was developed to inspire passion for wood-fired outdoor cooking and bring families and friends together to share fun, relaxed meals. They have always been passionate about handmade pizza, but quickly came to realise that there wasn’t a domestic oven that was hot enough to make the perfect pizza. Each oven goes through a five-day production process, ensuring the highest quality and standards are met.

To remove the coating, heat to a medium temperature and then wash vigorously in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly and apply a thin coat of cooking oil, removing any excess. Heat to a hot temperature, the oil may smoke a little, this is a good thing as it is part of the process of curing. Repeat this application process several times until an even black coat is achieved.
