Capdeco Galaxie Salad Servers Ebony combine functionality with striking design; crafted from mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel and fitted with varnished ebony wood handles. At 25 cm long, the ergonomically curved heads and smooth finish make tossing and serving greens, pasta or grains effortless.

Capdecos Galaxie collection is made in Thiers, France, where the Froment family blends traditional metalworking with careful woodcraft. Each server is precision-stamped, mirror-polished and hand-assembled before the ebony handles are shaped, varnished and oiled to reveal their unique grain.

The seamless ferrule joint ensures lasting strength, while the balanced weight and natural warmth of the wood deliver a comfortable, non-slip grip for both everyday meals and special gatherings.

Hand wash recommended. Dry immediately to protect wood handle; avoid dishwasher. Oil handle occasionally with food-safe mineral oil.
