Capdeco Galaxie Dessert Fork Ebony pairs polished 18/10 stainless-steel tines with a varnished ebony wood handle. At 19 cm, its finely curved tines and balanced weight make every bite of cake or pastry precise and refined.

Produced in Thiers by Capdecos Froment family, each fork is stamped, polished and hand-assembled before the ebony handle is expertly shaped, varnished and oiled to highlight its grain.

The seamless ferrule joint ensures durability, while the warm wood handle offers a comfortable, non-slip grip for elegant dessert courses.

Hand wash recommended. Dry immediately to protect wood handle; avoid dishwasher. Oil handle occasionally with food-safe mineral oil.
