Cambro’s Camwear 1/6 Size Black Food Pan is a smart choice for busy commercial kitchens. Make of durable polycarbonate, these pans will not crack, bend or dent and the textured bottom resists scratching. The uniform 1/2″ lip (flange) ensures a good fit in prep tables and food bars. However, these plastic food pans are also a great option for prep, storage and transport when paired with compatible lids (sold separately).

A cost-effective option for many operators (about half the cost of stainless steel), these pans keep contents cold with less condensation than metal pans. Yes, they are plastic but can still withstand temperatures from-40F to 210F and won’t react with acidic foods.

The nonstick interior surface and rounded corners increase yields and promote easy cleaning. These plastic food pans are commercial dishwasher safe, too!
