After a hit debut demo at the school earlier this year, we are thrilled to be welcoming back 2023’s Great British Bake Off winner Matty Edgell. Since winning the Bake Off, Matty has continued to garner a huge social following, with his followers tuning in for his frequent baking tips and hacks along with free and easy to follow recipes.

Join Matty for an in-depth demonstration, get the chance to ask questions throughout and sample delicious tasters of his bakes along the way, with plenty of time at the end for pictures.

He’ll be demonstrating:

• Lemon and Blueberry Cake

Since winning the Great British Bake Off in 2023, Matty has embarked on various new baking adventures. From working with big brands such as Allinsons Flour, Carnations and Guylian, to baking live on ITVs This Morning and countless food festivals around the UK.He has amassed a huge 465K following on Instagram, and 74.5K following on TikTok, where he shares free, easy to follow recipes each week.

Matty aims to break down barriers and make baking accessible to everyone, demonstrating not only how rewarding baking can be, but also how achievable it is – you dont need any fancy gear or ingredients! Just a bit of will power. No gate keeping here, Matty is happy to share all the tips and tricks that he’s picked up along the way.
