Consists of the membrane panel (part number A64793C50BP), and the escutcheon sheet (part number A83373C50BP).
The escutcheon sheet is the part that has the numbers and button functions printed on it, and the membrane panel is the part with the actual touch controls.
Both parts are needed as they are both sticky backed, stuck to each other and difficult to separate.
