The Browne 12 qt Thermalloy Double Boiler Set is perfect for busy commercial kitchens. It has a heavy-duty stainless steel construction. The “Stay Cool” hollow handle offers a comfortable grip that won’t get hot during cooking.

This boiler is designed to withstand acidic foods and has good heat conductivity. The 1/4″ impact-bonded aluminum sandwich base, have even heat distribution for optimal cooking. Set is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heat sources.

Set comes with Insert, Cover and Pot.
