The Browne Thermalloy Tri-Ply Fry Pan is essential for every kitchen. The 3 layers of metal are seamlessly bonded together (bottom layer of stainless steel, mid-layer of aluminum and top layer of stainless steel alloy). This pan has superior thermal conductivity and is easy to clean.

Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heating surfaces. Handle is secured with double rivets for added durability. Even better, it includes the “Stay Cool”feature which ensures the chefs hand won’t get burned.

It has a flat bottom and the frying pan is oven safe up to500F. Includes an attractive two-tone exterior (satin with mirror band) so it not only works beautifully, but it also looks great.
