A Cambro 5″ Deep Full Size Camwear Colander Food Pan saves time with reduced handling (rinse, drain and store in the same pan) and money by extending the shelf life (and quality) of ingredients. The clear polycarbonate plastic is built for the hustle and bustle of busy foodservice kitchens; it will not crack, bend or dent and quickly see inventory levels.

The perforations (1/4″) on the bottom of the food pan allow liquids to drain easily into the Camwear food pan below (sold separately). Great for keeping produce at peak quality for longer allowing increased air circulation and the produce doesn’t sit in the liquid. A perfect option for storing seafood on ice as melted ice simply drips away. Need a better (and safer) way to defrost and store meats and poultry? Works great for that too, especially when you add a lid (sold separately).
