The Granton Edge does not let wet or sticky ingredients stick to the blade, producing smoother cuts and allowing this knife to be easier to clean.

The blade is fastened to the handle with 3 rivets for exceptional durability while the blade is built strong with a stainless steel construction that will not discolour or corode. Plus, the rosewood handle provides a beautiful finish along with a comfortable grip.
