Constructed with BPA-free polypropylene this plastic food pan can handle a range of temperatures from -40F to 160F (-40C to 70C) taking it from ambient to fridge and even the freezer.The non-stick inside surface makes serving and portioning effortless and as a bonus maximizes your yields.
