The commercial cake pan is made of anodized aluminum and provides even heating (no hot spots!) for superior cooking performance. It heats faster and cools quicker, making it perfect for both home and commercial kitchens. The pan isheat-safe up to550F and freezer safe. Recommended to wash the pan by hand.
