Made of anodized aluminum, the Fat Daddio’s 7″ x 11″ x 3″ Sheet Cake Pan is ideal for cakes, brownies, blondies and pastries. It can withstand temperatures up to550F and is freezer safe (so you can even make ice cream cake).Plus it’s safe for tomato and citrus-based foods.

It has a sturdy 1/2″ rim for simple handling. The commercial cake pan provides even heating (no hot spots!) and quickly heats and cools down. It will never peel, rust or flake and offers an easy release. Recommended to wash by hand.
