This durable baking pan is made from 14-gauge anodized aluminum which is used to achieve optimal baking results. This is accomplished through the pan absorbing heat rather than reflecting it which reaches baking temperatures faster and cools quickly. It has square corners, straight sides and a 1/2″ rim for easy handling.

The aluminum will not rust, peel or flake and is freezer safe. It helps resist the formation of bacteria and protects the surfaces from abrasions. Even better, the anodized aluminum is a non-reactive surface so you can cook various recipes that include citrus or tomato-based ingredients.

Cake pan provides simple food release and quick clean-up (it’s recommended to wash the pan by hand). Temperature rated up to550F. Not only can it be used to make layered cakes, but this pan can be used for brownies, blondies, pastries and bar-type cookies.
