The SignatureWares 2 1/2″Deep 24 Gauge Stainless Steel Perforated Half Size Food Pan is a versatile product. It can go from freezer to oven (and every temperature in between).

Because of the perforated sides and bottom, when you pair it with a solid food pan (sold separately),it can be used for thawing, steaming and crisping.

Known for many names (inserts, hotel pans, steam table pans and service pans to name a few), this commercial perforated food pan is made of anti-corrosive stainless steel that will not absorb odours, resists stains and is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. The reinforced corners help maintain the steam pan’s shape and increase strength.

The bottom is rounded to easily get serving spoons into the corners to reduce food waste and offer easy cleaning. This commercial perforated steam pan is stackable for compact storage. Even when stacked, the pan leaves air between the stacked pans to provide better ventilation and offer quick (and safe) drying.

Pair with thehalf size solid cover (sold separately) or thehalf size slotted cover (sold separately) for simple transportation and sanitary storage.
