The refrigerated prep table includes two drawers that slide effortlessly on the 16 gauge stainless steel slides with acetal rollers. The frame is securely fastened to the cabinet for improved durability while the extruded aluminum flush mount drawer handle is comfortable to hold and provides quick access. Additionally, the unit has an e-coated evaporator coil thathelps prevent corrosion.

Magnetic gasket is removable for efficient cleaning. This commercial sandwich prep table includes plastic 1/6 size pans and has a removable stainless steel prep guard to simplify cleanup from accidental rail pan drips and spills.
