The Hoshizaki 60″ Double Door Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table is made with an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for an optimal performance. It has a front-breathing air flow design and an innovative air distribution system that distributes air evenly to maintain product temperature.

Made with a stainless steel exterior front, sides and top with a stainless steel interior sides, back and floor for a durable construction. The commercial refrigerated sandwich prep table includes a removable stainless steel prep guard that simplifies cleanup from accidental rail pan drips and spills.

The refrigerated prep station has two doors that have an exclusive “stepped” design to protect the door gasket (the gasket is removable for efficient cleaning). The doors are field reversible for versatility and both the doors and cabinets are insulated with 2″ CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane.

Rails accept 4″ deep food pans but also accept 6″ deep pans for 50% more pan volume. Food pans are sold separately.

Unit comes standard with a 60″ x 10″ x 1/2″ thick white polyethylene cutting board for an efficient prep station.
