The 4″ Deep Super Pan V Full Size Perforated Food Pan by Vollrath is the perfect solution for steaming food or draining excess fats, juices, or moisture. Built to resist dents and dings, this pan features rounded, diagonally tapered corners that are up to 300 percent stronger than traditional corners, providing both strength and convenience for pouring and scooping out food. Thanks to the antijam stacking lugs, separating and lifting the pan is quick and easy.

Made from heavy-duty 22-gauge 300-Series stainless steel, this pan is built to last, delivering long-lasting durability. The -inch holes on the bottom and sides aid in rapid drainage (holes are only on the bottom for the 1.25″ deep pan). Remember to pair it with a solid food pan (sold separately) for maximum functionality.
