CAPDECO is a third-generation flatware maker in Thiers, Frances historic cutlery capital. The Froment family marries six centuries of local expertise with modern design, stamping and polishing each piece before fitting it with a hand-shaped olive-wood handle.

Made in Thiers, the varnished olive-wood is sustainably sourced, oiled and polished to highlight its unique grain, while seamless ferrule joints ensure lasting strength and a comfortable, non-slip grip.

Hand wash recommended. Dry immediately. Oil olive-wood handle occasionally with food-safe mineral oil; do not use dishwasher.
