Capdeco Galaxie Dessert Knife Ebony features a 22 cm fine-serrated 18/10 stainless-steel blade and a varnished ebony wood handle, offering clean, precise cuts through pastries, cakes and fruit. The gentle curve and balanced weight make it a pleasure to use for dessert courses.

Crafted in Thiers by Capdecos Froment family, each knife is stamped, mirror-polished and hand-assembled, then fitted with an ebony handle that is shaped, varnished and oiled to accentuate its grain patterns.

The seamless ferrule joint ensures long-lasting integrity, while the warm, natural handle provides a comfortable, non-slip grip for elegant dessert service.
