Guara is a relatively new Spanish almond species that is fast gaining popularity. These delicious almonds have a natural sweetness and fat content, giving this roasted brown nut a wonderful crispness. Taste-wise, it is similar to the sweet and mild flavour of the Marcona almonds with the added benefit that it almost never generates bitter almonds.

The Truffle flavour is Italian almonds with summer truffles and sea salt.

Great as a solo party snack accompanying wine or drinks, and as hors-doeuvres with hard cheese. These truffle almonds can also be shred or sliced to spruce up appetisers, eggs or pasta dishes.
