About Delivita: Founded in 2016 by uncle and niece team duo, Joe Formisano and Olivia Robinson, Delvita was developed to inspire passion for wood-fired outdoor cooking and bring families and friends together to share fun, relaxed meals. They have always been passionate about handmade pizza, but quickly came to realise that there wasn’t a domestic oven that was hot enough to make the perfect pizza. Each oven goes through a five-day production process, ensuring the highest quality and standards are met.

To remove the coating, heat to a medium temperature and then wash vigorously in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly and apply a thin coat of cooking oil, removing any excess. Heat to a hot temperature, the oil may smoke a little, this is a good thing as it is part of the process of curing. Repeat this application process several times until an even black coat is achieved. Now your Skillets are ready to use.
