All the fun of the fair is evoked in the Big Wheel. They originally date back to the 1200s but were made famous by George Ferris in 1893, hence the Victorian theme. Beautifully dressed men, women and children all elaborately embossed are enjoying a memorable ride. We have managed to push the boundaries of tin manufacturing with this shape and the colouring makes you smile. Definitely a keepsake to remind us of the fun days we had at the fair.

A round disc, scored into six pieces so you can break the biscuits easily. Pure traditional buttery shortbread thats been dusted with a sprinkling of sugar. Its creamy flavour dissolves pleasurably in the mouth as shortbread should, while the delicate sugar adds a touch of sweetness. An old traditional biscuit that dates back to the Victorian era, the frill is based on petticoats worn in the day, hence its name and the biscuit is cherished just as much now as it was then. No artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians, kosher.
