The extra large serving/oven dish is a beautiful and practical piece, ideal for gratins, deserts or other bakes but also great for presenting large salads, fish, roasts or other main dishes.

Each piece of Swanson pottery is handmade by Peter in Prussia Cove, Cornwall. The unique blue and white glaze, reminiscent of Cornish seas and skies, has been developed by Peter and makes use of local plants to give it distinctive and beautiful appearance.

Glazed and fired by hand, these stoneware pieces are highly durable, oven and dishwasher safe and won’t chip or mark in normal use. A Peter Swanson pottery piece will look as stunning after a generation of use as it does when it leaves Peter’s skilled hands.
