The Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Round Casserole 28cm Sea Salt is a cornerstone of any well-equipped kitchen. With a generous 6.7L capacity, its well suited to everything from midweek pasta sauces to slow-cooked stews, hearty roasts and even baking bread.

Crafted from cast iron for excellent heat retention and even cooking, each casserole is individually cast in sand moulds and hand finished at Le Creusets original foundry in France. This traditional process, unchanged since 1925, ensures long-lasting performance and exceptional quality.

The durable enamel coating is easy to clean, resists staining and dulling, and requires no seasoning. The tight-fitting lid helps retain moisture and flavour, while the large side handles provide a secure grip, even when using oven gloves. A stainless steel knob is safe at oven temperatures up to 260C, and the piece is compatible with all hob types, including induction.

Measuring 40.2cm x 31.7cm x 13.5cm, it transitions seamlessly from hob to oven to table. Cast iron keeps food warmer for longer, making it ideal for serving.
