The Circulon Total Sauteuse Pan is the perfect piece for everyday cooking. The large surface area gives plenty of room to braise, saut and caramelise the base of your dish such as vegetables, meat, poultry and fish. Then this straight-sided pan gives the capacity to add stock and sauces to turn your dish in to something special without having to use another pan! It also works really well as a roasting dish, the glass lid can go in to the oven up to 180C but take it off if you want to crisp up potatoes or a cheesy topping!
