Measuring 24cm across the base, this 3-ply saut pan gives a large un-coated surface area to quickly brown and caramelise. The added height makes this pan in to a multi-functional piece that can handle quick pasta bakes, slow cooked stews, pies and Spanish omelettes. The lid helps keep moisture in while cooking on the hob and in the oven. Capacity is 2.9 litres.

Le Creuset 3-ply is tough, durable and resistant to wear and abrasion. It has the latest multi-layering technology where stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together to form the special 3-ply material so the heat spreads evenly and efficiently throughout the whole pan. It also has a rather fantastic precious-point rim which allows for easy and clean pouring from any point on the rim, the laser etched capacity marking inside the pan help to make measuring easy. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, oven safe up to260C and dishwasher safe.
